FRIDAY FUN DAY WITH 40 WORDS OR LESS PC

Robin says...

Surely this photograph should warrant some interesting responses for this week's "Friday's 40"! Just a few weeks ago, beautiful wisteria blooms were flowering in the midst of these mature vines; now, they're barren and entangled, to me beautiful in their own way.
What do you see or sense or feel when you glimpse this image? Does it make you think about convoluted life circumstance or simply make you wistful for the flowers? However it strikes you, you've got 40 words--or less--to play with--prose, poetry, captions or titles, word (or syllable) count is your only guideline.
New to Friday's 40? Write a short post in response to the above photo prompt anytime between now and Friday; then, come back here on Friday to register your link with Mr. Linky so you can visit others who've joined in. Click the badge for all the details, and feel free to invite others to join you. (In case you can't click on the badge from here to get there, click on this link: http://www.pensieve.typepad.com/.)
See ya Friday!

Well, I'm joining in the "40 Words or Less" fun again. Here's my response to the photo:

YOU'RE SO TWISTED!!

CHOKING THE LIFE OUT OF THE STRAIGHT LIKE THAT!

UNCOIL YOURSELF! LET GO! IT'S OVER!

YOU'RE DOOMED.

NO MORE BINDING, ROBBING, OR STEALING THE JOY OF WHAT SHOULD BE THRIVING AND BLOSSOMING FOR ALL TO SEE!

Thanks Chrisb. I thought looking at everyone's was fun too. I love participating in these things when I can.

Ah ha! You went with the sin angle, too! That binding and robbing gave it away ;).

I like the way you recognize authority...subtly. Sounds like you saw similar things to what I did.

Thanks for going for BOTH projects this week!

Robin, girl you so totally got it didn't you? Now what more can I expect from you too? That whole sin and the enemy angle is the first thing I saw when I saw the picture; the coiling deceitful snake chokes the life out of us until we're dead or close. But, he is so defeated already, isn't he? That's what the Word says. Praise the Lord!!
